Don't stay here. We made the mistake of booking a non refundable long term stay. The staff is less than cooperative. Walls are thin. property is noisy... The cleaning staff did their best to try to help... but don't stay here.

It was not a bad experience until I found a roach in the bathroom sink. The floor was sticky and when I took a shower, my feet were black from the dirty floors. Other than that, it was good for the price. I just needed a place to sleep.

$222 king room w/kitchen: no coffee pot, uncomfortable bed, 3 kids running above us the whole stay(4days, left a day early), breakfast cut off 1/2hr early, no vending, $4 for 20oz's available at the desk(2 options), 2 towels, same with rags and it was like pulling teeth to get more, room phone didn't work, exit near our room didn't lock or latch, a single ice tray in the freezer due to no ice machine, and we were informed upon check in that housekeeping is once a week and we weren't on that day, so trash bags and sheets are available at the desk... Worse hotel stay I've ever experienced. Sorry for the run on sentence.

Floors in the room were very dirty. Hallways stunk. No trash can in rooms. No ice maker. Customer service was terrible. Keys cut off at 9 am on day of checkout when checkout time is 11. Had to go get keys reactivated to finish loading. Floor was also about to fall in by kitchen sink. Only given one towel for 3 people. Attached the photo of towel after wiping up water off the floor.
