Some of the staff was helpful, not all. Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us.

There was hair all over our room and when we walked in the front lobby. The bedding was dirty and disgusting. The breakfast was also horrible. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly when Checked in and out.
