House was clean and beautifully decorated and backyard has a cute little table with swing set to have a good cup of coffee in the morning. The location is close to a lot stores. Most importantly Maria communication is superb she replies in a timely manner, understanding (lol) and love how she suggest areas, and check in on us but not overbearing.

The kids had plenty of space to play in backyard.Maria, the host responded to all our messages promptly and she was very accommodating with our requests.We were literally 5mins to 15 mins from everything. Shopping center, Walmart, Kroger, Cheeky Monkey (indoor play) parks, the UTA Planetarium. It was a great trip.

The house was as pictured. Stayed nice and cool. There aren’t many pans to cook with and there was no soap pods for the dishwasher. The blankets are super thin too so I suggest bringing your own blankets if you get cold easily.
