The room was good. There can be some minor changes. The enrty door need adjustments. The water un the shower was cold last night, I had to shower this morning. The hottub was dirty the water was green and smelled bad. The elevator went down. The staff was very nice friendly. I would stay there again.

Room is humongous. So comfortable, 3 sinks, 2 TVs, two beds, Dinner was a bit slow. No waitresses. Bartender had to order our food. Elevators shut down from about 11pm to the next day breakfast. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

Well for one i think you need to make sure that people staying in the hotel really stay there and not have everyone come to the hotel and hang out with the people staying there. The breakfast area i know half the people eating there wasn't staying in the hotel. The same for the managers special. Everyone thought it was free alcohol and a lot of them didnt have a card. I know its hard to police but that was a problem for us. Don't know if we will be back. That problem is to much because it creates a security risk or problem if a guess and someone who doesn't stay in the hotel have a disagreement. Just a FYI.

The room was nice. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very helpful. Our room was missing the TV remote. We told them, and they had us one in less than 10 minutes. We will stay here again when we visit Dallas

There is some much needed updates & renovations that need to be done to the hotel. Only one washing machine in the entire building worked. The staff from the front desk to the chefs in the kitchen were phenomenal. The breakfast was great everyday, the facility, again is just dated.
