The room was clean, however the shampoo, body wash and lotion dispensers were empty, the toilet paper was insufficient, and there was no real coffee. In addition, the coffee maker didn’t work even when I got real coffee pods for it. The staff were very kind, but the hotel just seems to lack the funds to keep up the nice things like room service & bags for the food when I had to go to the bar for a meal. I imagine it was and could again be a very nice hotel, but for the money, I felt the essentials were definitely lacking.

The Hotel was very nice, room was clean but was shocked to have to pay 29.00 for parking. That is new for me as I have never had to do this. It does state on their website but I overlooked it because that's not something I look for. So with that extra fee it wasn't such a good deal after all.

The staff were super helpful. The room was clean, and the food was great!! The only problem I had was I had a wheelchair accessible room, and the bathroom floor filled up with water when I took a shower and it was hard to clean up. I suggest putting squeegees in the rooms for easier cleanup.

Everything was beautiful however our room started to flood and when notifying the front desk all they did was have us come down to pick up a key to a new room that was already completely flooded out. Then we had to again go down to notify front desk that that room was also flooded and they again gave us a key to a new room that had the shower handle fall off in the bathroom. During all of this time no one ever showed up to help us move to the other rooms nor come to check on us. This all occurred at 12:30 am while we were already in bed trying to go to sleep. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service rendered.

The front desk service was very good. But the maintenance guy that was sent to fix the toilet had a horrible attitude! The toilet and shower got clogged up as soon as they were used. Towels didn’t seemed or smell like they had been washed.
This was after one person showered, it was a less than 10 minute shower. Because the water was not being drained.

Pet friendly and clean

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with two small dogs and the hotel staff was supportive and helpful. We will stay at this hotel next time we are in town.

I felt I would be dirtier taking a shower in a rusted tub with paint peeling. Wallpaper haphazardly patched , some apoxy or other material in solid drops on the sink. The carpet needs to go! Didn't see when I booked that I would be charged $29 daily to park. It was FREE two nlocks away at the Hilton. It was $5 daily at the hospital I was visiting and where my car was most of the time. I won't book this Embassy again. I am disappointed at how outdated the decor and room was. Staffing was fine.
