Exhaust fan is too loud. The cleaning guy entered and cleaned the room despite of the “do not disturb” card hanging at the door. The carpet looks filthy, and whole place need some updating. On the brightside, they breakfast ang happy hour are great!

It was a nice room and everything worked but the toilet need to be look at when we flushed we had hold the handle down and tub didnt have a plug for the bath we had to use a towel! The rest of the room was great maybe needs a bit of an update but it fit our needs for what we need which a bed to sleep in and place to clean up change during our visit in dallas.

Several things. First there was a cockroach in our room the first night. Second the spout in the bathtub/ shower was not working properly. There was one single trash can in the room. A small one in the bathroom. Last of all, just about all your staff were totally unfriendly starting with the front desk.
