The worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Both TVs broken. Wrinkled, unchanged bedsheets. Dirt and stains all over the place. But worst of all the shower was cold. This was so unacceptable to me that I tried to get Cheaptickets to refund me so I could move hotels. They didn’t get back to me until after my 2 day stay was over. Don’t use this hotel or cheaptickets.

Property was nice inside, staff was great. The room has some issues. The bed smelled terrible, like the bedding/pillowcases weren’t changed and had a bad body odor to them. The shower dripped and wouldn’t shut all the way off. The tv in the sitting area wasn’t working correctly, the screen had blue and green lines throughout the pictures. The lamp in the sitting area was broken, one of the bulbs was dangling and the shade was broken off and someone just sat it on top to cover the broken light but when we tried to turn it on or off it would fall completely off and not work. The heat in the room didn’t work either, it was extremely cold even when we set it to 80 degrees. We had to check out a day early and find other accommodations.

Great experience especially when the lock broke on our door and we where locked out for 1.5 hour thanksgiving more . Was late to help prepare the meal with my daughter, but they were very friendly and professional and fixed it as soon as they could. We had a great Thanksgiving and everything was taken care of when we returned. Loved the hotel will be back for sure.

We walked into the room at 8:30pm and saw a roach crawling on the wall. Found one again in the bedroom area. Air conditioning did NOT work and woke up sweating. Roach was also crawling in clothing. Finally after a horrific nights sleep, went down to check about a refund or moving rooms. They wanted to put us in the room right next door! We said absolutely not, so we moved down the hall…which was the best they could do. The new room had 0 roaches, smelled better and the air worked. Disappointed they did not offer to comp that first night!
