Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Vehicles that exceed the garage’s height or size limitations will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the building’s parking regulations.



Vehicles Not Permitted Include:

1. Cars with breathalyzer devices, unsafe modifications, or faulty brakes

2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles seating 10+ passengers, or those taller than 6'8"

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, external storage, or bulky add-ons that limit maneuverability

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom wheels and tires

5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard automotive controls



Pet Policy

Pets may be allowed based on their size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellation. A pet cleaning fee will be charged as follows:

$35 per pet, per night for stays of 1–4 nights

$250 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

$400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more



Please note: We are not responsible for maintenance or repairs related to the building’s common areas or structure.



Guest Verification Policy

To meet legal and safety standards, guests may need to complete a verification process, which may involve:



* Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID

* Confirming contact information

* Completing a secure verification portal

* Undergoing a background check if requested



All information is used solely for verification and will not be stored or shared.



A signed rental agreement is required before arrival. By confirming your booking, you agree to:



* Adhere to all rental policies and terms

* Provide valid identification prior to check-in

* Complete any background checks requested by the host or property manager

* Finalize the verification process to receive check-in instructions



All verification materials must be submitted within 24 hours of booking—or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.



Security Notice:

Security cameras are installed in shared/common areas for your safety, and a Minut noise monitoring device is located in the unit to ensure a peaceful and compliant environment.



Every reservation carries a $39 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
