July 2022 NEWLY well appointed residence makes for a unique getaway in the middle of Downtown Dallas.
The home is moody, colorful, with lots of character. We were inspired by speakeasy's in Chicago and VIP clubs around the world.

The space
You are on the second story of a two story duplex. You have off street parking in the back for a car, and plenty of parking on the street. The home was just remodeled from top to bottom. We are very proud of this home that belongs to us. If you need us to address anything during your stay, please ask... we are 4 blocks away.
Other things to note
Please review our house rules:
1.) We only permit the number of guests and pets at the home that you booked. Our homes are not suited for events or parties. However, if you need to have a few friends over, please ask ahead of time for approval.
2.) Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. This means that none of the neighbors complain to us. If one of them is loud, please bring it to our attention. This includes dogs, music, slamming doors, etc. We will provide you three phone numbers to call if you have any issues.
3.) No smoking anything (e.g., candles, incense, tobacco, marijuana, etc) inside the house. Feel free to use the outside seating to enjoy yourself.
4.) The properties are monitored by Silbar Security [for everyone to have a peace of mind]. Dallas is VERY strict about events and parties, and so are we.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.
