When we checked in, there wasn't anyone for 20 mintues available to check us in. The 3 extra rooms we had cancelled a few days earlier were already charged out to us and I had to fight for the refund. The 2 rooms that we were checking into were not available (it was 11 pm!). They asked us to wait until the cleaning people were able to come clean some rooms. They eventually let us have a suite that was available, so we took it. There were only 2 outlets (and no light switches) that worked in the room. There were multiple extension cords strung throughout the room to plug in a floor lamp as the bathroom light and a few bedside lamps. The room also smelled like rotten cottage cheese and looked NOTHING like the photos online. We also got 2 towels for 6 people sleeping in the suite. It was awful and now I still have to fight to get the correct refunds for the overcharging.

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. There’s a reason the front desk is behind bullet proof glass. The room was dirty, the ceiling was falling apart, the carpet was dirty and 50 years old, and so was the rest of the room. The towel holder in the bathroom was missing an arm, the tub had chunks taken out of it, and the elevator didn’t work (our room was on the 3rd floor). This hotel is beyond repair. The building should be condemned.
