The only reason to stay here is only if you are going to the Cowboys game or tailgating, you are across the street. 1. Game day parking fee $100, yes even if you are staying there. I did not like that. 2. I made my reservations in 4/2025 for the 11/2025 game, In April it was a lower rate. A week before the came I got a call that it had been cancelled and for me to rebook. Of at a high rate. Good thing I went through Expedia because it was paid for they had to honor my old rate. 3. Can’t check in early $50fee 4. Room I got smelled like mold & pest medicine 5. Room change, smell not as strong. Went to Walgreens got air freshener 6. No plug by night stand. Unless you count the one by the ceiling. See picture 7. TV would work when it wanted. Turn it on wait about 10min then it would play. 26in. Small 8. The only other plug was 1 by the sink. 9. Smoke alarm no battery. Thank goodness no fire. 10. No breakfast, coffee maybe. If it’s there it’s there if not they will not make it. 11. Homeless people charging phones in stairs plugs 12. Anyone can walk in. Cameras everywhere you see the screen when you check in but who is monitoring them? Not check in the screen is at their back.

The room wasn’t OK condition. There was some wet spots on my floor that I think were from housekeeping. You can tell they just finished my room before I checked in which I did check in early. The bathroom shower on is halfway falling out which you can see they repaired but the way that it’s one an angle shower curtain will only close a little bit. When you stay at a Motel 6, I mean, you know what you weren’t getting. For the price that you are paying you can’t complain, but you also have to be aware. That check-in was easy in the staff was very kind.

It was way too much money for the room. Shower curtain bar was falling off the wall, elevator was really small and slow, had to pay 100.00 for parking, no breakfast, no fridge in the room, no coffee maker in the room, towels were small and thin, 350.00 per night.

Probably the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. Not only did I pay 1225 dollars for 2 days where if I booked it with motel 6 it would have been 475. The place was dirty with dirty towels and didn’t have clean towels anywhere. The elevator was so terrifying to ride in. Completely disgusting stay and I will never us Expedia again because of it.

You are paying for the location. It’s the only reason I would stay here The room was musty and stinky. The sheets were not the cleanest (something had been on them, and it didn’t all wash out) The pillows were flat, we had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer, and there were only 2 towels (as well as 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel) There was only 1 ice machine that worked on floor 2. They offered hot water and coffee in the morning. There’s no place to sit outside if you want a smoke and it shares a parking lot with a strip mall. The tv only for over air channels (12-1, 29-whatever,etc )so there was no news or sports. I couldn’t find any local channels either. But there were somehow 15 music channels. Was literally across from the stadium tho and that made it easy.

The room smelled horrible and there was roaches and rodents all over the room. When asked to be switch to another room, the second room they gave us was worse!!! When we let the front office know, they gave us ant killer to fix the problem. I will never return here. Shame on Expedia for even suggesting such a horrible place. This should not be the standard the company should endorse for people to take their families to. I’m currently awaiting for a refund. Do not recommend at all!!

Carpet in hallway was very dirty. Then in the room the carpet was black sticky on many spots. Sounds not close on its own which is a huge security issue. There was one light for entire room which was a standing light Bathroom was nasty. Shower had mold and ceiling was stained and dirty. We were not comfortable showering as the tiles were loose and unclean. No fridge no microwave in room. Parking costs $100 which you only find out after date for cancelling.

No issue with staff, only had a brief interactions. However its misleading on the property description. In very small print in a different place is where it says parking fee on event days. Doesnt specify how much. When i called to ask abt parking thru told me it's automatic 120.00 on top of what your paying to to stay there. Couldnt cancel rm cause it was non-refundable. Room is one of the worst i ever stayed at. Elevator sounds like it going to break on you everytime you get in. The ONLY, thing good abt this place is the location. DO NOT STAY HERE..... GO READ ALL REVIEWS on google, yelp and whenever else... its worth it staying anywhere else thats more of a distance.
