The hotel itself was very clean and the hotel staff was accommodating. My issue was the elevator. There was only 2 working elevators for a full hotel. Each time I waited at least 15 mins for an elevator. The longest I waited was 25-30 mins.

Whilst there were 4 elevators available, during our 3 night stay only 2 were working and in some instances only 1. The elevators served 7 floors parking as well as 11 eleven floors of rooms so quite often you could be waiting a significant period of time to get to the floor you wanted. It was quite frustrating particularly during the morning rush and during check in times. The room needs significant redecoration and some modernisation particularly in the bathroom. Our sink was leaking and the carpet became quite wet which we reported. The restaurant area and reception had undergone modernisation and was a pleasant contrast to the rest of the hotel.
