Hotel was very nice and restaurant was amazing. But when we got to the room it was very clear that they had not done the same level of remodel to the rooms. Pleasant stay and will stay again. Hopefully they update the rooms a bit.

Rooms with pool access, immediately check that gates are accessible. It took staff over two hours to open our gate because they didn’t have the master key available. Rooms are outdated and have odd odors upon entering the room. When I called service desk to verify my breakfast add on, I was told not included but yet my reservation said otherwise. Elevators do not have night access so you have to walk around the property to access gain access through the lobby.

They put all their renovation budget into the lobby. If you intend on hanging out in there quite a bit then this might be the place for you. Room bathroom was terrible, towels were stained, tv was outdated, lower electrical plate for the AC unit was just laying on the ground. Some of the staff was helpful but the rest of the staff may have been in training. I took a hot shower and as soon as I opened the bathroom door (halfway because that’s as far as it opens) the fire alarm went off. Parking was easy and free. I won’t be back.
