The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. However, the entire stay we had not one hot bath during the winter. The water was ice cold even after running it for 30 mins. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The experience is absolutely pathetic. There is no hot water, and the staff’s behavior was appalling. To top it off, I had a sleepless night because of the substandard pillows kindly compensate and refund my money . I spoke to the lady Jon the counter name Samantha she said due to all inconvenience all my money will be refunded. I have to contact Expedia for this, please do the needful.
