High end restaurants and vibrant night life in the heart of the Legacy West strip. Walk everywhere to eat, shop and enjoy entertainment. This is the rodeo drive of Texas! No dogs at this location.

This unit is meant to be a quieter location. We have a zero tolerance for parties being thrown. The neighbor will call a party in immediately. If a party is thrown, you will be asked to leave immediately, lose your deposit and be fined $250-$500. By booking this location, you accept to abide by the "no party rule," and agree to leave with no refund if a party occurs. This is more of a corporate housing or date location. :) Unit has YouTube TV and AmazonPrime subscriptions on bedroom TV and living room TV.

Super convenient to Grandscape

Excellent location convenient to The Colony and Legacy West. Balcony with views from downtown Dallas to Frisco. Will definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Perfect Stay!

Literally can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem of a place. Apartment is clean, quiet and steps away from all the food/entertainment you could want. The balcony views are awesome!! Patrick is a great host. He communicates quickly and met us with a bottle of wine upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to make a small meal or if cooking isn’t your thing there are lots of places to choose from just steps away. You literally don’t even need to get back in your car once you arrive. The pool area is absolutely amazing! You feel like you are at a resort. So peaceful and quiet and we were one of the very few people there the entire 3 days of our stay. We will hands down stay here over any other place in this area. If you aren’t familiar with Grandscapes in The Colony, you are missing out. It’s really a great place for people of all ages. We loved our stay and we will definitely book again. Thank you Patrick!
