I did not like the staff of my last day checkout as even though I asked for my breakfast denied saying that no breakfast included but later the other guy checked it and it was included but they did not charge for my breakfast all 3 days but that was rude . People should provide to customer when they ask and even though if it was not included and when they checkout as they still they pay if that’s not the case.

Lovely, well appointed and new. Can’t let it go that I was charged $2.87 for on site parking! Not a garage or covered, just regular lot. Crazy given the price of the room to be nickel and dimed like this!

We paid for the room+breakfast option while making the reservation but when we showed up for breakfast in the morning, we were told that we were not on the breakfast list. I showed my Expedia receipt showing we paid for breakfast but they refused to listen and insisted we would have to pay. By the time we checked out, they seemed to have gotten their act together and gave us a silly excuse about having the room numbers mixed up. They didn’t charge us for the breakfast after all but the stay left a sour taste in our mouths.
