Have stayed here multiple times. Location is very convenient and friendly staff. I call it a "no frills" hotel because it does not offer breakfast but does have coffee in the lobby. However, the outside area has nothing growing but weeds so it has no appealing value when walking up to the entrance. Seeing trash and weeds outside would probably make some people turn away from this property. Hopefully they start paying attention to the outside visual but keep offering the "no frills" approach.

There was no indication that the property was under construction. The smell of the room was likely due to the construction. I just needed a place to lay my head and the price was reasonable for the area. Staff were very nice and location fantastic.

We reserved a king size bedroom. The room was clean. Every day, housekeeping would come in to replace our garbage bins and give us new towels. The only two things that the hotel should really invest in are better fitness equipment and coin machines for the laundry. Most of the equipment were broken or not working properly and it ended up with just one treadmill left. We didn’t get to use the laundry because the hotel is a cashless hotel and there were any machines to break change either.
