We had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Also it is within walking distance to so much, which made it so convenient. Can’t wait to be able to stay here again!

Parking can definitely be a hassle even if you pay, considering their parking lot is small. What they don’t say is the 3rd level of the parking garage is also paid parking. They need to have better pricing for parking closer to the building vs 3rd level parking garage.

Overall, it was a good stay considering it was the Labor Day weekend and the entire hotel was booked up. The room was clean, however the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The main bed was very good. When we checked in late at night, there were no linens or blankets for the sofa bed, so we had to call the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought them up. Parking was competitive because of several major events going on at the hotel during that weekend. We loved the breakfast place that was right across the street from the hotel.

Hair Infestation-Javion Thanks for Trying

First off Javion at the front desk provided the BEST customer service in a housekeeping related bad situation. He did his best to accommodate but the overall cleanliness ruined this stay. Kudos to him! He went above and beyond to help. Had to request 3 room changes for a total of 4 rooms. Room #1 -Arrived and found hair on the bathroom counter and sink. Requested room change. Room #2-Arrived hair in the bed when I checked and pulled back covers. Requested change. Room #3- Hair in the bed. Slept on couch due to the fact that I had a long day at work and needed rest. The hotel is beautiful, and my previous stay was great. Housekeeping needs to be held accountable for their lack of cleaning detail. Housekeeping missed the mark in a major way. I hope this is better for the next guest because we will not stay here in the future.3 room changes due to uncleanliness is not acceptable under any circumstance. Again Javion, thank you for all your effort!

Hot water didn’t work in the shower - makes you think it will until you’re in there and it goes straight cold. Walk into the room set at 70 and can barely function bc of the heat. Mini fridge didn’t work properly either.
