The room wreaked of mildew smells and wasnt clean for stay and the hotel didnt want to reimburse funds so I was out of 177$ and a stay and had to find other measures..What if other hotels were booked up or I had no extra funds to get a more comfortable stay‼️ It was a terrible experience that put me in a bad situation and staff wasnt any help

Property is under renovations, so unfinished rooms, halways. The room we stayed in, the ac unit would not stay on. The bathroom door would not close and the clearance between the commode and door is 1/2 inch. When i brought it up to the management, was told not to worry about it. Hmmm really..

The hotel is being renovated so it is a literal construction site. Our room is right next to the highway so we can hear every passing vehicle, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

Had and excellent time in Dallas and the hotel was comfortable and somewhat friendly. The only problem I had is the guy at the check in said he was going to charge me a 100 if I smoked or did any damages. That through me off because no one told me this when I booked the hotel room. I got a non smoking room for a reason. I don't smoke so his gesture was a little off setting. But other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel is located in an undesirable area. The windows are paper thin so you can hear everything going on outside. We were in a renovated room so we stayed but late on the second night there was a roach on the night stand. I couldn’t fall back asleep and with two small children sleeping I didn’t want to wake them up to leave. RUN AWAY! Don’t book!

DO NOT STAY HERE I can truthfully say this has absolutely been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolute FILTH. Owners and Management KNOWINGLT rented a room out that had urine/vomit/blood stains on it. Per management, it's the guest's responsibility to remove all bedding and then inspect the mattress before they can move you. Truly baffling. I showed the front desk manager and he actually told me to give them leniency during their renovation period. This is an actual person giving what they believed was a legitimately good reason to let someone unknowingly sleep in a biohazard. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel is older -and looks it. Pictures are artist renderings of what it’s supposed to be when renovations are complete. I went with it looking like a nice safe place to stay. I was wrong. Homeless people are camped out around the grounds and you can’t see front door because of construction supplies. I won’t stay here again.
