I chose this hotel for the hot tub and close to where we needed to be. Before we checked in i asked about the hot tub they said it was working however when we to get in it was not hot nd wouldn't turn on. Got with the front desk they said they would get with the maintenance person in the morning. Next day still not fixed checked again the lady at the front desk got ahold of the manager and was informed that they had been waiting on a part it needs for a while and the don't know when it will be fixed. They just couldn't be honest with me. The room had so much noise from the hwy it was unbearable and the ceiling creaking from the room above us. We asked for a refund and left the hotel it was going to be a 3 day stay. We changed hotels so much better. The bath and shower had what looked like mold in the edges.

For the rates especially the suite the jacuzzi was outdated, the furniture old, dirty looking and hard. Pillows flat and miss matched, not the correct size for king size bed. One of our rooms shower area dirty. This is why i sanatize and bring my cleaning supplies at hotel stays. Also, bring disposable linen. Over all the staff was awesome. Customer service goes along way

To start the girl at the front desk was very helpful when Expedia dropped the ball with our reservation. The restrooms were nasty, the plan was for the kids to spend the evening in the pool but due to how dirty the restrooms were we were not gonna risk it in the pool. It’s next to a busy gas station and a liquor store if that tells you anything. Definitely do not recommend for anyone that has kids.

The only problem encountered was Expedia did not send reservation to Comfort Inn. The person checking in behind me had the same issue. Was not impressed with Expedia representative that I called to fix it. Additional problem from assuming checkout time on back of door of 12 noon turned out to be incorrect after receiving a nasty phone call from the front desk informing me ‘to get out of the room’ as checkout time was 11…. Exceedingly rude and will never go to a Comfort Inn again

Horrible stay & would not recommend

The room smelt of weed, the floor was sticky & nasty. The towels smelt mildewy. There was redish brownish stains on the ceiling and walls like someone slung a drink. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t even working. I had a Dr appt at the Breast Cancer center in the morning and came from 5 hrs away had it not been 11pm when we checked in I would have gone else where.
