Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
During our 5-night stay, the hallways were never vacuumed—not once. Based on their condition, it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time. Unfortunately, our room reflected the same lack of upkeep and cleanliness. It appeared as though it hadn’t been maintained in over a decade, and nearly every surface felt dirty.
The chair in the corner looked like it belonged in the 1970s and was heavily stained, which only reinforced that basic cleaning is clearly not a priority here.
The bathroom was especially disappointing. There were sticky spots on the floor (which we ended up cleaning ourselves), residue on the counter, and poorly done caulking around the edges that looked unprofessional and unfinished.
The food quality was also very low; the eggs appeared to be powdered and overall the breakfast was disappointing.
When I mentioned these concerns, the front desk clerk offered to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was in the same condition.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience during what should have been a busy but productive market week. I would not recommend staying here.
