I had to be transferred to 4 different rooms. The 1st(308) door could be opened with a key, the 2nd room (315) a/c would t shut off( it was 60 degrees that night), the 3rd room(310) a/c wouldn’t cut on and finally after settling for the 4th room(302) cause it was 11 pm, I was so tired, I took whatever. Every disappointing experience. Would never go again

The room was filthy. Several large, dark red stains on the carpet and the entire room smelled like weed. The mattresses were falling apart at the seams and looked like they were several decades old. The sheets smelled badly and there was hair all over them as if they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. The tub was stained and had major surface damage with cracks and chips. I was afraid I’d cut my feet when standing in it. The towels were stiff and seemed like they hadn’t been washed recently. I should have left, but I was by myself, arrived after midnight and had to leave by 6am the next morning so it wasn’t worth driving around looking for another hotel. I was supposed to stay another night, but I didn’t return. I ended up driving 5 hours home Saturday night/ Sunday morning. I’ve never written a bad review like this and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. It’s obvious the hotel has updated their lobby and possibly some rooms, because the website photos looked nothing like the room I stayed in. It was the second floor, but I can’t recall the room number since I’m writing this a week later. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The positive reviews have to be fake.

Bad hotel. Smoke smell, nasty rooms, things felt dirty and sketchy. And we had a disappointing response from management when we expressed that we wanted to cancel because the hotel didn’t meet expectations. We ended up just checking out, not feeling comfortable with staying there but paying full price for the room. Such a waste. Such greed.
