I stayed for four nights. The value was great. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean. The hotel for the most part is quiet and located off of a main road. There were lots of places to eat at. The breakfast was decent enough, just typical hotel breakfast. If you are looking for a clean, no frills room, for a nice price, stay here!

Amazing room

The customer service was amazing. They welcomed us with friendliness. The room location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and off the highway. The room was clean and they provided a pool with curfew. The staff was friendly about advising of the curfew.

Overnight stay

I think the room was clean, but the entire floor were we stayed smelled including our room. Probably the carpet. The hotel is not physically maintained. Lots of touch ups needed. The lobby was cute. The staff were helpful. It was a good price.

The front desk has been amazing. Very friendly and helpful, accommodating my several date changes. The housekeeping staff has been wonderful too. The room was clean and the linens are crisp and fresh. The air conditioning is nice and cold; perfect. Overall a very cozy stay.

Everything has been wonderful here. The check in was easy and quick. The front desk staff has been amazing and accommodating, even with multiple date changes on my part. It’s a quiet property and the room was very clean, the linens fresh and crisp. Housekeeping has been wonderful too. The continental breakfast has been delicious. It’s been a very cozy stay.

When we arrived there was a large roach Texas water bug in the room on the carpet in front of the A/C. I went to the front desk to let them know. It was not cleaned up. The next day the room was not cleaned and the roach was still there. The next morning I asked the maid to clean it up. That evening when we came back, still there meaning that area of the room had not been touched. Went back to the front desk and was asked if I wanted her to clean it up. Yes ofcourse I did. The young lady came up with paper towels and a plastic bag and cleaned it up. Really we expected more from housekeeping. I personally did not want to touch it to clean it up. But found it too gross to touch a giant roach.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The towels and linens have all been fresh and crisp. It’s a very quiet property and the front desk staff and housekeeping have been very attentive and friendly. I’ve had to adjust my stay dates twice and they’ve been very accommodating. The continental breakfast has been fantastic; plenty of delicious options, even coming later during the service window. There is no ice machine on my floor but I haven’t needed any, and there are machines on the other floors that I’ve seen (which are easy to access with the elevators). I did have to do a load of laundry, and there are two washer/dryer machines, but only one was working. Again, it wasn’t an issue for me as I had a small load and could do it anytime of the day. Overall, this is a remarkable hotel and has made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.
