Charming Tudor in East Dallas Neighborhood

Stay comfortably in this stylish home located in Hollywood Heights, a charming East Dallas neighborhood. Lakewood adjacent and close to Downtown, Fair Park, and the Arboretum. A mix of antiques and designer furnishings, it is the perfect mix of old and new. Great coffee within a 5 minute drive at White Rock Co

There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have King-Size Beds with Saatva mattresses and high-quality bedding. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, art deco bathroom. French door leads to the deck and backyard. A Peloton and light weights are available for use.

The third bedroom is set up with a crib with organic mattress. Upon request, a full-size bedding option can be arranged with a full-size futon bed. The two secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom that is situated in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

All bedrooms have either closet space or a hanging rack for use and/or drawer space.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking: Ninja oven, single-use coffee maker, toaster, Bullet blender, rice-maker, pots/pans, slow-cooker, spices, olive oil, high-end glassware, and cleaning supplies.

Google Home is set up throughout the home for music and a vinyl record player is also available in the main living area.

There are two dining areas: a formal dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook banquette area that seats 5-6 comfortably. Linen napkins and placemats available.

Please note, our neighborhood is very charming, peaceful, and quiet. It is a family-friendly neighborhood with kids often playing outside.

Perfect Weekend

The home and neighborhood were beautiful. It was very clean comfortable. Location was good for us as we were going to the Cottonbowl and State Fair. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the AC worked great! Ashley and Erik were friendly and provided great communication. Will definitely stay again! 10/10
