Attire & Conduct
Proper Attire Required: For safety and respect within the neighborhood, guests must not exit the property without wearing shoes and a shirt.

No Parties or Gatherings: This property is not intended for parties, events, or as a gathering space. Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Security will be monitoring the premises.

A violation fee will apply for any unapproved gatherings, in addition to the cost of any damages incurred.

Smoking Policy
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Violations will result in additional cleaning fee to remediate smoke odors and restore the property.

Cleaning Expectations
The cleaning fee you have paid covers standard sanitization, restocking of essential supplies (limited paper goods, cleaning products, trash bags, and coffee), and laundering of linens and towels.

It does not include personal maid services. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining basic cleanliness during your stay. Specifically:

Please sweep floors by hand before departure.

Wipe up all spills promptly to prevent damage.

Confetti is not allowed; if used, an additional cleaning fee will be applied due to the time-intensive nature of removal.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Due to the high demand for this property, early check-in and late check-out are not available unless the night before or after your stay is booked in advance.

Please do not request early or late access unless you have secured the extra day via booking. If the property becomes ready earlier than 4:00 PM, you will be notified automatically.
