I always choose the Cambria, however this experience was the worse. The rooms are still clean the property is still nice, but the service went down hill. The front desk lady with the dreads never greeted me, told me I didn’t have a room there, she was always watching tv in the sitting area while I was left to figure everything out on my own. She wasn’t pleasant at all! The other young lady at the front desk w the natural hair didn’t KNOW ANYTHING, but confidently gave me the WRONG answers. If I didn’t KNOW what i was talking about I would’ve ended up over paying, not using the washing machine, etc. The most helpful person was Carlos. Even the new manager is terrible. They’re like zombies that don’t see you or the help you need. Major difference from my previous experiences. Thanks to Carlos again, he should actually run the place!!!
