An Aloft frequenter

Easy check-in, comfortable and nice rooms. The bartender was a little rude and was in a booth playing on his phone and was not helpful when it came to ordering something to eat. Stated to the fact that the food was “terrible and if he was starving to death he wouldn’t even eat there”. He turned three couples away and told them to not eat the food there.

We booked this hotel out of soo many hotels for EV chargers, by 7 PM all the EV charging parking spots were used by non-EV vehicles. Very disappointed by the inability of the hotel staff to move or tow or notify the owners of those vehicles to move over to empty spots and make way for EV's to actually charge.

No shuttle available. Waited more than 30 minutes checking in long line of people. Crowded and cramped lobby. Given the wrong accommodations. Dark hallways, needed light on cell phone to see the room numbers. Some young lady sitting on the floor in the dark hallway didn't help the vibe. Housekeeping uses same elevators making wait times longer. Rooms feel very cramped. Air conditioning stopped working about 2am. This place is a nightmare! The single host at the front desk was friendly, but clearly this property is being run on a shoesting budget. I expected more from Hilton. The 10/10 reviews are a joke.

There were several light fixtures not working. I was only staying there to be close to the airport so the lights weren’t worth calling attention to . The big issue I had was that thier airport shuttle was broke down. The free shuttle was a huge reason I decided to book

Pros: airport shuttle, clean, quiet, really comfy beds, safety. Staff is friendly and helpful: Cons: very limited dining options. Not a full service restaurant for breakfast lunch dinner. Limited breakfast options, no lunch options, limited dinner options. Location not ideal if you don’t have a car and can’t drive to get food. There are no restaurants or food establishments within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly. Gym was great! The only caveat is you are in an area where it is a mile walk to a 7-11. So you need a car if you want to do anything outside the hotel.
