No microwave in the room. No ice machine. There is spider on the wall. Talked to front receptionist, he denied. No immediate action to clean up the spider. No breakfast, need to pay. Receptions not very friendly. No free parking. Need to pay. Car can only park at the street. Incoming cars drive very fast. Not safe.

This was our first time staying there. It was a really good experience. The rooms were smaller, but quality. Service was solid. Everyone was very friendly. This was for the location by the Galleria in Dallas. The only complaint would be charging for breakfast. It’s just out of what these hotels typically do. Non-traditional. The quality of the breakfast doesn’t seem escalated enough to warrant the $20 charge. Not a huge deal. We would stay here again. I hope that they change their approach to breakfast.
