I took my daughter and her friends to Texas for her 14th birthday. We arrived around 9pm on the first night of our stay and were exhausted from a long day of traveling/site seeing. So, for the first night we didn't really check out the place much and everything at first glance appeared to be okay. On the first night however, there were a couple of things noticed like a broken bed/frame in the second bedroom to where there were bricks available to try and level the bed out. We managed the first night and just went to sleep. The second day is where we started noticing more things.1.) used bathroom products in the bathrooms 2.) no hand soap/trashcan in bathroom 3.) Air conditioner did not work, and they had one portable ac unit hooked up in the second bedroom which was NOT enough to cool all the rooms. 4.) The front door had a wooden frame that was rotting out and allowing a plant to grow into the townhome entry. 5.) Immediate smell of mildew/mold when you walk into the townhome. 6.) Outlet downstairs was poking out of the wall/hanging 7.) There were missing toiletry items like toilet paper and hand drying towels in one of the bathrooms 8.) The bathrooms had long dark hair in several places 9.) Appeared to be a blood stain in the master bathroom shower 10.) The area rugs used in the bedrooms were very dirty/dingy. Only thing good was the kitchen was beautiful. The host refused to compensate me in any way. Do not recommend staying here is you prefer cleanliness and a good stay.
