Two-room apartment with 42 m² of living space and a balcony on the 1st floor of a well-maintained residential complex for up to 4 people:

- Entryway with coat rack
- Living area with a corner sofa (sleeping area max. 1.40 m) and TV,
integrated open kitchen with oven
- Dining area for 4 people
- Large furnished balcony facing south and east with a view of the dike
- Bedroom with two single beds placed in a corner
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment includes a parking space next to the building. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the building can use a fitness room, an abdominal and back exercise machine
, as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (please bring your own paddles) free of charge.

A well-behaved dog is welcome to stay here for a fee!

Haus am Deich: 14 vacation apartments right behind the dike… the sound of the waves included!
Each apartment has a balcony facing the sea; the 2nd and 3rd floors offer direct views of the Baltic Sea, while the 1st floor overlooks the dike.

Each vacation apartment features a unique floor plan and amenities.
Equipped for 2, 3, or 4 people, with 40–45 m² of living space... each apartment comes with a free parking space.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee (coin-operated) in the building’s basement.
Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement (accessible via a staircase).

Bed linens and towels can be reserved for an additional fee.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
