Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Trakt des Hauses. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber im einwandfreien Zustand. Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre sinnvoll. Die Buchungsabwickelung war zügig und zuvorkommend.
