Our holiday townhouse is in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers about 65 m² for up to 6 guests. The sandy beach and a grocery store with bakery are about 500 m away.
Upstairs, there’s a bedroom (approx. 14 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and another (approx. 12 m²) with two single beds (each 2 m long), both with synthetic duvets and pillows.
On the ground floor, the living room (approx. 25 m²) with new flooring is open to the kitchen and has a sofa bed (sleeps 2 – 1.60 m x 2 m), two armchairs, and satellite TV. From here, access the fenced south-facing terrace (fence height approx. 1 m).
The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, dishes, and cutlery.
The bathroom with window, shower, and coin-operated washing machine (use for an extra charge) is also on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, books, a travel cot, and high chair are free of charge.
Children can enjoy the playground with sandbox, slide, swings, and large lawn. A barbecue fireplace is available.
A parking space and bicycle storage are provided.
Dogs are welcome! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs may join you for an additional fee. They can run freely on the fenced terrace. Please bring your own blankets and towels for pets. Other pets are not allowed.
Bed linen, towels, dish towels (please bring your own baby bedding), electricity, water, and heating are included.
Please note: Local visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) is payable in addition to the rental price.
Important: Parking during renovation
Due to ongoing construction, direct parking at the property is not possible. You will receive a parking permit for a nearby street. The duration of the work is not yet known. Thank you for your understanding.
