Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of Berolina guests and owners), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment conveniently by elevator.

On floors 1 through 4, there are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
