The apartment has a covered parking space.
swimming in the in-house swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide and 1.20 m deep, with separate toddler pool, use exclusively by guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work out playing table tennis, prove precision when playing darts (please bring your arrows), Baltic Sea view from three roof terraces...

Pets are not allowed at this property! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in House An or in the bike room on the first floor between House An and B. In House D, there is a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer on floors 1 - 4 (for a fee).
IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from week 01 to week 11 inclusive!
