Welcome to this single-family home with 125 m² of living space, accommodating up to 8 people. This property underwent extensive renovations over a period of 6 months specifically for you. The house now features a modern built-in kitchen. The floors on the first floor have also been updated with modern finishes. Both shower rooms have been renovated as well. You’re in for a surprise.
The first floor is laid out as follows: an entryway with a coat rack and sofa, a hallway, a bedroom with a TV, and a living/dining room (approx. 35 m²) featuring a PS3 with several games and a Blu-ray player. From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which is furnished with seating. The shower room and the fully equipped kitchen round out the spacious first floor. The upper floor consists of a hallway, a shower room with a guest restroom, and three bedrooms, each with a TV. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Move in and make yourself at home—that’s the plan here. This house with its large garden is the perfect home for families. In just a few minutes, you’ll be at the expansive beach in Dahme. The beach chair reserved for you is available at the Krebs beach chair rental (during the season from April 1 to September 30). Up to two well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome!
