Exclusive vacation apartment just 200 meters from the beach in a dream location in Dahme. The Baltic Sea, the beach, and the promenade are just a few steps away across the traffic-calmed beach meadow. The apartment, with 94 m² of living space, is located on the first floor and extends almost the entire length of the building. Four large patio doors lead from the bedrooms and the living room out onto the terrace. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and equipped with electric exterior blinds.
The modern, stylishly furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. There is a spacious living room with a TV, a Wii with a selection of various games, a radio with a CD player, books, and Wi-Fi. The open, modern built-in kitchen with a spacious dining area meets the highest standards and features a Nespresso machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Two separate bedrooms—one with a TV—featuring high-quality double beds, as well as a modern bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and heated floors, are available. There is also a guest restroom. The large terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs and is partially covered. A designated parking space is reserved for you. A wallbox is available for a fee. A bicycle storage room, a small storage closet in the apartment, and a washing machine are also provided for your convenience. You’ll find a travel crib and a high chair in the apartment. This apartment is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed!
