The house is ideal for family gatherings, multi-generational holidays, trips with friends, hiking groups and cycling holidays. Everyone stays under one roof while still having room to retreat. Warm materials, reclaimed-wood details and generous shared spaces create a welcoming atmosphere with genuine character.

COOK AND DINE TOGETHER
The modern catering kitchen is designed for large groups and includes an 8-burner gas cooker, induction hob, induction wok, combi steamer/convection oven, commercial dishwasher, several refrigerators, microwave and coffee machine. The adjoining dining area seats up to 25 people comfortably.

WELLNESS WITH A VIEW
After an active day in the Eifel, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or outdoor sauna while looking across the valley and the River Kyll. Both wellness areas are reserved exclusively for your group and are available daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

SLEEP IN COMFORT
The 10 renovated bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. There are 11 comfortable double beds in total; several rooms have a private shower room and WC. Additional shared bathrooms and WCs provide convenience even when the house is fully occupied.

THE EIFEL ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Kronenburger Alm is located at the entrance to Kronenburg. The historic village centre and Kronenburg Lake are only a few minutes away on foot. The Eifelquellenpfad hiking trail starts directly by the property, while the Kyll cycle route is around 500 metres away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Kronenburger Alm is strictly non-smoking. It is best suited to friendly, considerate groups and is not suitable for loud parties or stays that may conflict with quiet hours. The current visitor tax charged by the municipality of Dahlem is payable separately for tourist stays.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende mit 14 Leuten, Baby und Hund auf der Kronenburger Alm verbracht und sind begeistert. Das Haus war super sauber, gut in Stand gehalten und bestens ausgestattet! Von Servietten und Seife über Grillkohle bis hin zum Fön ist alles vorhanden. Dank Kicker, Billiard, Darts, Flat TV, Sauna, Hot Tub und großer Terrasse mit Aussicht ins Grüne fand jeder auch dann eine Beschäftigung, wenn wir nicht gerade die Umgebung erkundeten. Wir waren anlässlich des 75. meines Vaters dort und zur Begrüßung gab es sogar ein 10l-Fass Bier. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben schon häufiger Unterkünfte für größere Gruppen gebucht, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die Beste und ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Hier steht einer entspannten Auszeit absolut nichts im Wege. :)

Wir waren so begeistert: unkompliziert, sehr sauber, konplette Ausstattung (viel Toilettenpapier, Spültücher, Schwämme, Kaffeebohnen, Teeauswahl, Spiele, eine erste Portion Brickets für Sauna und Whirlpool, Freizeitangebote, Kontakt zu einem Weinanbieter,...). Wir hatten ein tolles, entspanntes Wochenende mit Freunden und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten selbst im April den ganzen Tag draußen auf der geräumigen Terrasse sitzen. Doch selbst bei schlechterem Wetter, hätte man sicherlich eine tolle Zeit verbringen können.

Wir haben über die Silvesterferien in diesem Haus gemeinsam Zeit verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem tollen Willkommensgeschenk überrascht – eine sehr schöne Geste! Das Haus ist extrem gemütlich, sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert.Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Sauna, Whirlpool, Billardtisch, Kickertisch, Spiele für alle Altersgruppen und eine große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Alles war hochwertig und in einwandfreiem Zustand.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeber – unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Kronenburger Alm! Der Kicker und der Billardtisch sind coole Ergänzungen für gelungene Abende. Besonders die außergewöhnliche Zapfanlage sowie die Küche haben den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Highlight gemacht.Der Hot Tub in der kalten Jahreszeit und die Sauna haben riesigen Spaß gemacht. Betten und Duschen waren ausreichend vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Auch ein Ausflug ins Grüne zur Burg und zum See ist absolut empfehlenswert.Hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnliche Service vom Vermieter Matthias: Er nahm eine weite Anreise auf sich, um kleine Internetprobleme zu lösen und die defekte Kaffeemaschine sofort durch eine neue zu ersetzen. Einen Gastgeber wie Matthias kann man sich nur wünschen!
Für die weihnachtliche Stimmung wurden wir mit einem Christbaum begrüßt.
Die lange Tafel ist perfekt für gesellige Abende.
Auch für größere Gruppen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.

Praktisches Gruppenhaus mit Gasthaus-Flair – gut für Familien & FreundeWir haben hier ein Wochenende mit der Familie verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und gut organisiert.Die Highlights: Flexible Sitzmöglichkeiten im Gemeinschaftsraum mit mehreren Tischen, die sich je nach Bedarf zusammenstellen lassen. So konnte unsere Gruppe mal gemeinsam essen, mal in kleineren Runden plaudern. Dazu gab es Billiard und Kicker. Gut ausgestattete große Gastroküche – viele Herdplatten, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffevollautomat, großer Kühlschrank und genug Geschirr für viele Leute. Die Beschriftungen an den Geräten waren eine echte Hilfe! Ruhige Lage trotz Straße – Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, aber dank der gut isolierten Fenster war kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören. Die Umgebung ist ländlich, und der Stausee ist fußläufig erreichbar – ideal für Spaziergänge und Badespaß. Zimmer mit Komfort – Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, mit ausreichend Bädern und WCs . Die Betten waren bequem. Alles Nötige vorhanden – Von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche bis zu WLAN war alles da – man muss sich um nichts zusätzlich kümmern.Fazit:Ein praktisches und gut durchdachtes Haus, das sich besonders für Gruppen, Familien oder Freundestreffen eignet. Der Gasthaus-Charme des Gemeinschaftsraums macht es zu etwas Besonderem – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist sehr groß und perfekt für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Die Innenräume bieten ideale Möglichkeiten zum Feiern, Kickern, Billardspielen und für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen Know-how ausgestattet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr modern/steril eingerichtet, allerdings könnte das Inventar – wie Geschirr und Besteck – noch etwas aufgewertet und ergänzt werden. Wünschenswert wären zum Beispiel scharfe Messer, grosse Kaffeetassen, große Weingläser sowie weitere Biergläser (gern auch Kölschstangen).Das Haus ist sehr sauber, und die Zimmer sind fast alle mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Sie sind sehr schön und größtenteils neuwertig eingerichtet.Der Zugang zur Terrasse über die durchaus steile und etwas unebene (da historisch erhaltene) Treppe ist etwas umständlich und anstrengend, da man zum Tischdecken oder Kaffee/Bier holen stets hoch- und runterlaufen muss. Ein paar zusätzliche Liegestühle oder Relaxliegen wären ebenfalls eine schöne Ergänzung. Praktisch ist auch ein grosser Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus, das wir empfehlen können.

Alm-Urlaub deluxe!
