The house and property were wonderful. There were lots of little spots to explore, including a pond with lots of frogs. Everything was very comfortable and homey, especially the back porch and fire pit. The location was great, close to the beach but still very secluded. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

This home was spacious and private with easy parking and a nice, pet friendly outdoor space. We loved having space but also being close enough to the grocery store and easy driving distance of all of the big beaches in Delaware. We especially loved the large screened-in porch! Some aspects could have used a little more careful cleaning before our arrival and a few more kitchen essentials would have been helpful, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amy is amazing! She is very communicative and helpful- a pleasure speaking with her each time. There is a secondary house located on the property directly behind (slightly to the side) of the house you stay in that is occupied most of the week during the stay- would have been nice to know this information ahead of time (mostly because of our dogs). The screened in porch is amazing- we greatly enjoyed our time there. The different rooms are quite fun too. AC is great!
