Step outside and into a backyard made for making memories: coming soon (July 20) your private pool , a fire pit for evening gatherings, a gas grill for cookouts, a putting green, and a kids' climbing area. The driveway is long and straight — RVs and trailers pull in with zero hassle, and parking is always free.



Inside, three bedrooms handle the whole group without anyone feeling squeezed. The king primary suite has its own en suite bathroom — the kind of private retreat-within-a-retreat that makes group travel feel luxurious. A second king bedroom and a cozy double bedroom share a full hallway bathroom. A convenient half bath serves the main living areas.

The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay — Main house includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, half bath, fully stocked kitchen, living areas, separate game room garage and the full outdoor space including the private pool, patio, fire pit, grill, putting green, and kids' climbing area (available after July 20 2026).



Check-in is completely self-guided via a keypad smart lock — no need to coordinate arrival times or wait for anyone. Your unique entry code will be sent automatically before check-in. The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles and is wide and straight for easy RV or trailer access.

A few things to keep in mind so your stay goes smoothly:



🏊 The private pool is available from July 20 through September. Please follow posted pool guidelines and supervise children at all times around the water.



🔇 This is a residential countryside property — we ask that noise levels stay respectful, particularly in the evenings. Our neighbors appreciate the quiet as much as you do.



🚫 This is not an event or party venue. The retreat is designed for the guests on the booking — no additional gatherings or events please.



🚗 The driveway comfortably fits multiple vehicles, trailers, and RVs. Please keep vehicles on the driveway and out of the yard.



📶 Fast WiFi is available throughout the home. The network name and password are displayed on arrival.
