Personel is friendly...security is good.. Had ti trained them on how to prepare food, so its stay hot when food arrives at room. 1- heat rice. 2- meat 3- eggs this way eggs arrives hot meat also and rice still medium hot they were receptive to my instructions

Lack of Customer service

Receiving area staff should be more friendly. Some of them doesn’t even recognize when I greet them. Some of the guards doesn’t even look at you when walking through the door. Staffs needs more training about proper customer service. Room service staff though are nice and provides good service

this is my second time this year staying in this hotel. it's really value for money. Likes: -hotel location -nice clean room -soft bath towels (microfiber) -comforter is sufficiently insulated -slippers inside the room (2pairs) -toothbrush, toilet paper, hand soap provided Needs imorovement: -water pressure at times is inconsistent -AC could use cleaning (in my room at least) -mattress & pillows could be firmer

Park at your own risk!

The hotel has no parking space for its clients only discovered during check in while credit card already charged during booking so you cant simply back out. Park along the street at yr own risk till 7am,time local traffic enforcers allow. Get up early and move it to avoid traffic violation. Hotel did not issue Official Receipt in spite of demand nor facilitated its issuance. Hope this is addressed too. Tnx.
