The establishment is run under the ethos of promoting empathy especially for North Korean refugees.
It is very cheap yet everything is so clean and generally available, including washing machines, computers, study rooms, etc. They provide you with clean linen but you have to make your own bed with it.
They even give you complimentary coffee at the lobby. Breakfast is also free and consists of toast, jam, coffee and boiled eggs.
Only problem with the place is there is no hot water!
