Host was very responsive. House could use a manual for how to operate things (such as TVs and microwave). Could also use extra towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and hot pads or oven mitts in the kitchen. Biggest issue was the overall home was not as clean as it could/should have been.

This place was so gross and dirty with dead bugs, bug eggs? and droppings but we were unable to cancel so we lost all of our money. We complained to the host and he did come and duct tape the pool screens up as they were all blown out and he poured gasoline on some of the wasp nests that were everywhere but wasps were flying all around pool area. The place hasnt been cleaned in who knows how long. Kitchen was sticky and gross. Found hairs on kitchen table. Dead bugs and cobwebs on curtains and bug eggs all over the kitchen sink. Pool area was extremely dirty, every chair had something on it including what looked like blood. All house windows are filthy. No curtains or blinds on bathroom windows which is in direct view of anyone at the pool. Host came and fixed the screens when we complained but that did not solve the filthiness problem so we left. Our family was thinking of staying with us too but they wanted to check it out before deciding and they saw how dirty place was and said no. Would not recommend this place without instense clean up
