🏠| Nestled on the 2nd floor of the house, this spacious 70 m2 loft offers a warm atmosphere, harmoniously marrying the exposed beams with a touch of modernity.

➡️ A bedroom furnished with a comfortable 160 x 200 double bed and open to the living area.
A curtain can separate the spaces for more privacy.
➡️ A sofa bed in the living room with a real 140 x 200 double mattress.
🍽 | The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the essential utensils to prepare meals with ease.

♨️ | Heating is provided by an aerothermal heat pump which offers the possibility of air-conditioning the space in the summer.
