A true haven of nature! Your apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, three-unit building, separate from the owners' house on a 40,000 m² property. Enjoy crystal-clear water, unique flora and fauna, and breathtaking starry skies at night. Without a television, you can fish, pick mushrooms, go mountain biking, cycling, or take long hikes. Evenings are often spent around a barbecue, with trout you've caught yourself. Friendly dogs are welcome to play with the owners' dogs. The apartment's electricity is generated by hydroelectric power from the stream.

The region offers numerous activities: rock climbing at Falkenfels, swimming in Lake Walscheid, 400 km of hiking trails, and 100 km of mountain bike trails. Also worth exploring are the towns of Saverne, Strasbourg, and Colmar.
