Your charming mobile home with a lake view is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children and welcomes you amidst the natural beauty of the Sterneberg lake district. Your holiday home offers one children's bedroom with two single beds (1.90 x 0.70 m) and one master bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The open-plan kitchen features a four-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and ample utensils. The dining table is situated under a large panoramic window. The light-filled living room boasts large windows, a 40" LED satellite TV, a corner sofa, a table, walnut furniture, and a fireplace. The sun terrace features garden furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. The "Sternberger Seenland Holiday Village" is a 2.5-hectare holiday complex located directly on Lake Holzendorf. Along the 200-meter shoreline, there are three private bathing areas. The water is shallow, making it easy for even the youngest children to enjoy the water. Three jetties, including boat rentals (Anka-type rowboats) and a large swan-shaped pedal boat, are available, allowing anglers to explore the lake. The two playgrounds offer seesaws, swings, slides, and climbing frames. Guests also have access to a beach volleyball court, a soccer field (with handball goals), a basketball hoop, a badminton court, and two fixed and two portable ping-pong tables. In July and August, there's a campfire once a week (weather permitting), and otherwise upon request. All guests are warmly invited! Fire bowls for private gatherings are also available for rent. If the weather isn't so great, a pool table, air hockey, and foosball are available in the games room. There are many hiking trails, nature trails, cycling routes, and a bicycle rental service in the surrounding area.
