You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, with an area of approximately 49 m², located in the attic of the Friesenhaus. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, measuring 140 cm x 200 cm and 180 cm x 200 cm. Living room with a cozy couch and fireplace, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with a microwave, shower/toilet, balcony, and flat-screen satellite TV. From May through September, a free L415 beach chair is available on the sandy beach near the Döser Strandhaus in Field 60.

The vacation rental is equipped with high-speed internet, making streaming or working from home a breeze.



Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building. 
Recreational amenities: game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater surf pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi!, in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

We enjoyed our stay with four people in the apartment. It’s not large but enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The price was great, (winter season) can’t beat it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a bakery three minutes walking distance and Aldi a five minute drive. It is only a short walk to the dunes and beach. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Betten und Wlan

Negativ zu bewerten waren die Betten. Die Matratzen sind sehr alt und müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das WLAN funktionierte schlecht bis gar nicht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung OK.

Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Wir wissen nur nicht: hätte es eine/n Waschmaschine/Trockner gegeben?
