The Seaside 53° FeWo 7 vacation rental welcomes you just about 300 meters from the beautiful beach and offers you a pleasant retreat for a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast. With a living area of 53 m², the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, ensuring comfortable and convenient access.

The apartment consists of a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms that provide private spaces for up to five people. The spacious living area is modern and comfortably furnished, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a dining table, and a TV—perfect for unwinding after an eventful day. The non-smoking accommodations are heated and can therefore be used year-round.

A highlight of the vacation rental is the covered balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Here you can relax in the fresh North Sea air, start your day with a cup of coffee, or wind down in the evening. Thanks to the garden furniture, you’ll always be sheltered—even in typical northern German weather.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Here, you can comfortably prepare your own meals, which you can enjoy either in the separate dining room or on the balcony.

The bathroom, which gets natural light, is equipped with a shower. A basic set of essential kitchen items and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. The bedrooms and living areas are equipped with fly screens and, in some cases, electric window blinds.
You can store your bicycles in your own basement storage room on the first floor. The washing machine with a built-in dryer is also located there, and there is space for a handcart, stroller, etc. A convenient dog shower is also available to all guests on the first floor.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and a radio. This accommodations are particularly well-suited for families: children are welcome, there are playgrounds in the area, and numerous recreational activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, carriage and boat tours, as well as horseback riding and tennis, provide plenty of variety.
