Schöne Lage, aber leider keine schöne Luft

Zuerst das Gute: Schön nah zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Ortskern, also klasse Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter (z. B. per WhatsApp) funktionierte hervorragend. Dann leider das Schlechte: 1. Der Schlüssel muss umständlich aus dem Büro in einem anderen Stadtteil abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht werden. Gerade für per Bus und Bahn Reisende sehr umständlich. Vorschlag: Einen Zahlen-Tresor am Haus anbringen, aus dem der Schlüssel entnommen und auch wieder hinterlegt werden kann. 2. Sauberkeit: Die Dusche war leider schmutzig, es lagen noch Haare von den Vormietenden drin und allgemein war sie nicht richtig sauber geputzt. Hervorzuheben ist aber, dass sich auf unsere Beschwerde hin sofort gemeldet und eine erneute Reinigung angeboten wurde. 3. Der mit Abstand größte Nachteil: Zur Wohnung gehört auch die Mitbenutzung des Gartens. Eigentlich ziemlich klasse. Allerdings wurde in diesem Garten in einer Tour geraucht. Dieser Zigarettenrauch zog in alle Fenster unserer Wohnung. Frühstück oder Abendessen bei offenem Fenster und sogar Schlafen bei gekipptem Fenster war nicht möglich, ein gravierender Mangel. Gartenmitbenutzung war damit natürlich auch nur in der Theorie möglich, sehr schade. Vonseiten des Anbieters kam leider nur die Info, dass in der Hinsicht nichts zu machen ist. Sehr schade! Es wurde uns vorgeschlagen, die Rauchenden selbst anzusprechen - ziemlich unerfreulich im Urlaub, zumal 4 Parteien (!) am Rauchen waren. Insgesamt keine Weiterempfehlung

Nicht so wie erwartet, auf den Bildern wurde alles sauberer dargestellt. Vom Vorgänger lagen noch Tabletten rum und Essensreste in der Küche.

Super Lage, super schöne Wohnung!

Es hat uns hier durchweg gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war super sauber, hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist für den Preis wirklich super. Einziges klitzekleines Manko ist der sehr laute Kühlschrank, der leider direkt neben dem Bett steht. Aber das ist wirklich meckern auf allerhöchstem Niveau. Wir kommen auf jeden fall sehr gerne und sehr bald wieder. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
