This 4-star, 78 m² vacation rental spans two floors and accommodates up to 4 people. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. The spacious living room invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of the outdoors through the large windows.

Visitor’s Tax
As a landlord or booking agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.

We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compost bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
