The apartment features a combined living and dining area with a large pull-out couch (sleeping area: 140 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The vacation apartments are located in a single-family home, just a few meters from the Wernerwald. The vacation apartments are perfect for relaxing and serve as a great starting point for walks through the Wernerwald to the sandy beach on the North Sea. One parking space is available. Bicycle storage is provided. Wi-Fi is also available and can be used free of charge.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.

We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
