This small but perfectly located vacation rental offers the ideal setting to relax for a few days.
With a living area of approximately 32 m² distributed among a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room (currently used as a bedroom), and a spacious living and dining area—which currently also includes an additional bed—it offers plenty of space.
The bathroom has tile flooring, while the rest of the living area has PVC flooring.
The apartment was recently completely renovated, including a new ceiling.
The apartment includes a shared terrace as well as a common room with a ping-pong table and a play area for children.
Outdoor parking spaces are available to you free of charge.

Visitor’s Tax
As a landlord or booking agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable tourist tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for processing and handling the reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for 30 € per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.


We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tabs
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
