Enjoy your well-deserved vacation from the very first moment in this exclusive vacation apartment with a spacious 59 m² of living space. The bright apartment features two terraces with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor.

The living/dining area is flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped, and for coffee lovers, there’s a Senseo coffee maker.

For entertainment, you’ll find a hi-fi system, a large 3D flat-screen TV, a 3D Blu-ray/DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet access throughout the apartment.

The luxurious bathroom features a huge spa shower (120 cm x 160 cm), heated floors, and a built-in bathroom radio.

The bedroom with a double bed is, of course, equipped with another flat-screen TV. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional full-size sleeping spots.

Take advantage of the in-house wellness area, which you can easily reach via the elevator. Here you’ll find a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. It’s the perfect place to truly unwind!

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), corresponding to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
