Spanning nearly 80 square meters of comfort in an exceptional setting, you’ll find:

A spacious entryway with high-quality built-in closets. From there, you’ll access the two bedrooms. In one of the two rooms, you have the option to arrange the beds separately. In the second, spacious master bedroom, you can comfortably set up a travel crib. In the beautiful, light-filled living/dining/kitchen area, you’ll find a modern, bright built-in kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy TV nook with a sofa. From the living room (and also from the master bedroom), you can access the balcony (16 m²), which is, of course, furnished with a table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, along with a separate guest toilet, round out the amenities of this apartment.
The living room and both bedrooms also feature modern flat-screen TVs. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The apartment is non-smoking. Dogs are welcome.

The building also features a spacious wellness area with a swimming pool and various saunas, which you can easily reach by elevator.

The Hohe Lith Residence, comprising four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational facilities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
