You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, with approximately 48 m² of living space on the first floor. One bedroom with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and safe; a large, bright living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed; a separate dining area; a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave; a shower/toilet with a bidet; a large furnished balcony; storage room, flat-screen satellite TV, and mini hi-fi system. Numbered, covered underground parking space.



The Residenz Hohe Lith, comprising four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
