Dear North Sea vacationers,

we appreciate your interest in our vacation rental.

We love the North Sea, which is why we’ve equipped this first-floor apartment with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Spanning approximately 60 m², it features a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room, and a balcony.
In the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find a large LCD flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD recorder, as well as a Wii console with several games for both adults and children. Of course, there’s also an extensive collection of games, including great children’s games (from the “Game of the Year” category), as well as numerous modern DVDs, CDs, and books. The pull-out sofa also provides sleeping accommodations for two additional people.
An integrated kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and much more rounds out this area. A fully automatic coffee maker, coffee machine, electric kettle, electric grill, electric kitchen scale, and numerous baking dishes and accessories beyond the usual standard (child-friendly tableware, etc.) are, of course, provided.
You can enjoy the evening with a cup of tea on the balcony facing the sea (NW).
The second bedroom features a multifunctional storage area (suitable for a changing table or a laptop—free Wi-Fi is available in the house). Flat-screen TVs are available in both bedrooms.

And for the little ones: a crib and high chair are provided free of charge. The electrical outlets (except in the kitchen) are equipped with child safety covers.

EXCLUSIVE TO OUR GUESTS:
Our vacation apartment comes with a beach chair (number 118), which is available to our guests free of charge during the season (May through September) in Section 46 (very close to the public showers/restrooms, the kiosk, and the Steinmarne seawater outdoor pool).

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
